With D'Aluisio's Smartweld technology, the Chisel Comp EVO boasts the lightest XC aluminum frame in its class. Each highly manipulated frame tube features a continuous wall thickness variation and a shape that provides stiffness where you need it for greater efficiency and ride smoothness where you want it for greater comfort and optimal control.

- UNLIMITED CAPACITY:

With a series of trail-ready specs, including an increase of up to 130mm travel at the front, the Chisel EVO eats it all up and feels at home on challenging terrains. Advanced suspension kinematics, Ride Dynamics tuned suspension, and progressive geometry can be found on the Chisel Comp EVO, making it more capable of handling big trails with confidence and speed.

The Chisel Comp EVO is the most efficient pedaling bike in its class, thanks to the use of geometry and kinematics from our Epic 8 EVO platform. The inclined seat tube places you in the optimal pedaling position to save energy on long climbs. The refined anti-squat reduces pedal bob. Together, the Chisel Comp EVO converts every watt you put into the pedals into more forward momentum.

- LIGHTER IS FASTER:

We designed a Flex Stay rear triangle for best-in-class suspension performance, while simultaneously eliminating the extra weight and maintenance associated with pivots necessary in a traditional design. More common in carbon bikes, extensive terrain and lab testing show that Chisel Comp EVO has achieved the impossible: the efficiency, control, and lightness of a Flex Stay design in advanced aluminum.

- HYDROFORMED ALUMINUM:

Chisel Comp EVO saves material and extra weight with a single-piece hydroformed seat tube that integrates the seat tube pivot, main pivot, and bottom bracket shell. In a more traditional bike, the seat tube is usually just a "tube" with pivots and the bottom bracket shell welded on.
